A video essay on Tom Cross's editing in La La Land, Whiplash and First Man. I created an intro for my assignment using Final Cut Pro, and as always, edited to the music to create a fast-paced cut. 

This was a video I decided to shoot quite randomly, I didn't really have a set idea in mind I just knew that I wanted to capture and edit something. After going through the footage, I edited it with an 'inspirational' type of message attached.
